Windows 10 problems

i have a problem on windows 10 it was working fine yesterday then today i went on it and just opened up a pinned application which too was fine then i wanted to find something in the all apps section when you press windows button but every time i press windows button nothing happens when i right click it works fine also same problem with the search bar and also the notifications center all features of windows which pop up on the sides dont work except right click please help

i forgot to mention but i did reboot it and the problem is still there

another problem i found out was i could not minimise games by pressing windows button
