Question Windows 10 Ram usability

Hi i just bought a new pc and this is the specs.

Ryzen 7 2700x
16GB G.skill TridentZ RGB 16GB DDR4-3200Mhz
Aorus B450 PRO V01
RX 5700 XT

The system recognize the 16GB but only 7.95 are usable.

Assuming this is brand new from store. If the written speccs say 16GB and you ends up only have 8GB, then I think the most obvious thing to do is to return the product and get the money back.

I mean the system reads 16GB but is says that only 7.95 are usable and I think it's a Windows 10 bug

If you go in your task manager and you look at your RAM usage do you see anything taking a lot of RAM?

What version of Windows 10 do you have?

I have Windows 10 Home. And it's not about the usage. My system just let's me use only 8 of 16

I used the dims one by one and when I booted with 1 of them it doesent respond in any slot so I guess I will just trun them back
