Question Windows 10 Random Restart SUPER HARD

My PC restart on its own unannounced for over a year now. I can repeatedly get it to crash after sometime gaming though it does restart randomly when in general use (internet, word, etc). I have tried to fix it with all the methods online with power buttons and restart options.

I have freshly installed windows. Stress tested both the GPU and CPU in which it didn't crash. I have also removed all of the cables from the PSU and replugged them and wiggled them while the PC is on and it doesn't restart then.

All help is very very much appreciated.

I am now looking for someone to help as I have had it checked by professional who says the only two issues I could be are the PSU and motherboard but I am unable to find out which. I think it might be an issue with the SSD. Though I am not 100% sure

I have run Core Temp 1.14 as well as NZXT CAM software to measure the temperature while in the situation that caused the crashes and the temperature got to 50 degrees Celsius at the maximum.
All of the dusk filters and covers are clean.

I am using the NZXT Kraken x62 AIO cooler as well on the CPU.
