Question Windows 10 randomly freezes, no known cause, and audio loops?

Hello! The title says it all. This computer is relatively new and I built it a couple of months ago. Everything has been fine until one day, I uninstalled google chrome and transferred some steam games off of my C: drive(SSD) to D: drive(HDD) (still unknown if this is the actual cause but it did start after this). Ever since then I have been receiving random freeze-ups on my computer and the audio loops if there is any audio. Sometimes when it freezes up, some things are responsive but won't open, for example I could click the windows icon but nothing would load. I ran the windows repair tool and did the recommended stuff to check for corrupted files in CMD and ran Malwarebytes just to double-check. None of the above worked and the freezing persists. There is no known cause of the freezing. It has happened just sitting there listening to music, playing video games on my D drive, browsing the internet... etc. Anyone have any solution or more things to try?

SSD I believe was previously full but I transferred games off, so it should be fine. I will go double check that. (if that is it, I will facepalm) HDD has almost a terabyte left so that is fine. Pretty sure I ran health checks on both and nothing wrong.
