Question Windows 10 randomly ignores or doubles key presses.

Without any software or hardware updates, my computer has begun ignoring or doubling key presses. Sometimes it even registers the double press after another key has been pressed. I have tried updating drivers, multiple keyboards, different USB ports, uninstalling drivers, shutting down every program except Notepad, and I have scanned for malware.
Has anyone encountered an issue like this before?

does it happen in safe mode?
on login screen
click on the power button in bottom right
while holding left shift, click restart now
this should load you into a blue screen on start up
if its a driver issue, kb/mouse should work in here
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
click the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
Pc will restart and load safe mode

Well now it seems that BOTH of my keyboards are having this same issue. My son's works just fine. Now I have to figure out why the Logitech G910 Spectrum and the G910 Spark are both misfiring like this.

Have you tried taking key caps off and cleaning them? I have a G910 myself and found my space bar would double space sometimes, so I took most of my alpha keys off and gave it a good wash. There are videos online about taking them all off... i would need to take a photo before to know where all the keys went if I took them all off.

I find hair under keys, I think its where most of mine is going :)
