Windows 10 razer synapse problem

I just installed Windows 10, and right as I got on a window popped up to install razer synapse (I have black widow chroma and death adder). I pressed install, and my screen was normal for about 10 seconds, then it went completely black, then back to a sort of light black/ navy color, indicating the moniter is still on. What do I do, and will I have to install Windows 10 again? It won't be a huge problem, just don't feel like doing it

restart pc, see what happens. You may need to remove the razer software and reinstall it, I don't like how it pops up during the win 10 install, it should wait until you are finished getting everything else.

I re started it, and synapse popped up again, but this time when i logged in i didn't have a background. I tried to download chrome, and synapse, and it did the same thing, be it waited longer to do it this time. I will just reinstall Windows and try again, but I won't install synapse straight away. Thanks though!

true, it only takes 20 minutes but you could just as easily do this:
go to settings/update & security/recovery/reset this pc
if you got nothing on pc yet, just select wipe everything and it will reinstall win 10 without need to use the installer
