Windows 10 really slow

Hi, I have installed Windows 10 on my computer which should easily run it in theory but it seems to lag a lot on games. It takes about 3 minutes to start GTA San Andreas and PES 6 lags like hell when trying to play a game. Is there a way I can reverse the installation back to Windows 8.1?

If you open the start menu and click settings/update&security/recovery you have the option to go back to your previous OS for 1 month after you install Windows 10.
