can you show us a screen shot of disc management? Chrome has grown but not that much
If you did a full wipe, it might be faster to just do a clean install as it sounds to me like the reset only touched C drive and you may still have other partitions on drive it ignored
if you want to do full install, download the
Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order in BIOS so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer
