Windows 10 reinstall for new hardware

Now that im AMD, is this windows 10 "Fresh Start option" good enough? Or is there some other option that i need to do?

if that is the option that deletes all your data and performs a clean install then yes. it will work as long as your windows install will still be able to boot once you change the hardware

Fresh start is not a clean install, you should start fresh from scratch.
