[SOLVED] Windows 10 reinstall stuck on Account

Hello, I got a toshiba laptop that I made a reinstalled windows 10 on, the problem is that it's stuck on the account section, asking for name password and security questions for the user, when I enter those, it'll go back to asking for a user name with a message "something went wrong", i tried launching from usb, but the laptop goes straight back to the windows setup after i turn it on. What can i do?

If you happen to create a Microsoft account while setting Windows up, make sure your laptop is connected to the internet to sign on.
You could see the Internet icon on the sign on screen.
