Question Windows 10 reinstallation stuck

Hi everyone,
So i am reinstalling windows, keeping all the apps and files, because I had randomly appearing stuttering and robotic sound issue. And now its stuck at 29% for 2 hours now, though the wheel is still spinning. It says don't turn the pc off.
What should i do?
