Windows 10 reinstalling making me lose fps

Hello So I just reinstalled windows 10 hoping to get some more fps on Fortnite to stream it 60fps 1080p, I ended up getting less fps I went from a solid 200 everywhere to 130 with drops all the way to 50, I'm not sure why, any ideas? I have a 1080 evga and a 8700k.
