I recently purchased my mother a windows 10 laptop since I will be moving away from home soon. I typically let her use my PC whenever she needed but that will for obvious reasons not suffice.
Here's where the issue lies. She is not very tech savvy and will most likely require some kind of help along the way I'm sure. I want to establish a remote connection from her PC to my the PC in case whenever she needs me to jump in and give her some IT support.
I explored some options like TeamViewer; but, that would require us to always be on the same version and it would also require her to open the application and be able to read off the password from it. Which is not a guarantee.
So my question: Is there a way setup an uninterrupted connection between her windows 10 pc and mine. Where I can remote onto her computer without any input from her side? I have her windows password and Microsoft account login as well if that will be needed.
Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you!
