Question Windows 10 removed Sleep Mode

Everything was normal until last night when sleep mode was no longer an option in the shutdown menu. It wasn't appearing in the power options either, and gpedit accomplished nothing. Restarting and rebooting didn't fix it, and now i have a tower with software that I'd prefer to have running 24/7, that can only be on or off and it's frustrating.

Then this would be the first time in the 3 years since I've built this tower.
