I'm deciding to reset my windows 10 on my new pre built laptop, I'm wondering if this is something a novice can do? should I be worried about finding correct drivers? I downloaded most of the drivers from MSI's website, minus firmware and bios updates. do you think ill need them? what should I expect in the driver department once it turns back on? I'm worried ill turn it back on and nothing will work correctly and itll just be a $1700 brick!

you will not brick a computer by reinstalling the operating system. you just need to lookup you computers model number, go to MSI's website, and download just the drivers. the main ones you need are the chipset, sound, and network card drivers. wireless adapter drivers too if your computer has one
