Windows 10 reset password?

The title says it all, is there a way to reset the password without booting into w10? My mom`s Acer desktop isn`t letting her into Windows 10 and M$ wasn`t any help, they want me to take it to a M$ store, not!

We cant help you break passwords on the forum. We don't know you, who actually owns the laptop, or your actual intent and theres no way to prove this over the interweb. Your probably going to have to take it to a MS store.
