Windows 10 reset stuck at loading screen logo

Hello,

I am trying to reset my Windows 10 PC. I've chosen to keep my personal files and It showed resetting this PC till 100% and then PC restarted, but it stuck at the Windows logo and loading dots. I have no idea what to do now. Can someone help me?

Ok. So. Really bad experience...
People, if you want to reset your Windows 10 device via settings, first MAKE A FULL BACKUP (that includes all of your files and system image) using the old Backup and Restore tool from control panel.I have created it and that was the only way I could restore my Windows 10. And secondary you have to make some bootable media such as USB flash drive or CD that includes Windows 10 installation to be able to restore something from system image. If I haven't had those things I would be out of luck.

Yeah, I just wanted to reset my Windows 10 for no reason, just to start a fresh system afer upgrade from Windows 7.
So, if you have problems with Windows 10 and try to reset it, in my situation you will have more problems when resetting it than you had before.
