Question Windows 10 Reset stuck on 21% for 2 hours.

I did a clean wipe of my pc through windows and clicked on wipe everything completely. However, I was loading one percent every 5 minutes or so but it has been stuck on the MSI Resetting this PC 21% loading screen for about 2 hours. It is a custom built PC, I do not know how to check if the HDD has a light. Seagate Barracuda 1TB HDD. Please help!

I would test the drive. Sounds to me like it's dying.

If the drive tests ok on both the short DST and long generic, then I'd start over and maybe even create new installation media. Follow these directions exactly as outlined.
