When you do a PC reset in windows 10 does it delete every single file on the drive including Drivers, Programs, etc if i chose to remove them. Like a full disk wipe except that it only keeps windows?

Would i be better off wiping my whole SSD manually and reinstall windows if i want a fresh start?

Solution
Win10 reset result is that things you choose not to keep will be in folder windows.old.
Everything else gets reinstalled. What didn't you understand from that?

If that is not good enough, you can quickformat windows partition and reinstall from win10 install media.
Not sure what you mean with full wipe, but depending on how you do that, it may shorten life of SSD.
