Windows 10 reset

So I did a reset on windows 10 in recovery (erased all files). When the laptop restarted to reinstall, my electricity went so I lost internet. Will this affect my os?
The os works fine it seem but I'm worried that it may somehow affect my system because I want good performance.

it shouldn't if you were running off battery,. If you just lost internet, it will connect itself when it comes back, and grab updates it needs,
