Hello .
I have a problem when playing Battlefield 4, Windows 10 resets my computer and throws an error:
" Kernel Mode Heap Corruption "

I previously had Windows 7 on this PC and there was no problem with playing.

PC specs:
CPU: AMD FX 8 core
GPU: GTX 1070 with latest drivers
PSU: Corsair 600w
Windows 10 64-bit
RAM: 16GB.

Can you follow option one on the following link - here - and then do this step below: Small memory dumps - Have Windows Create a Small Memory Dump (Minidump) on BSOD - that creates a file in c windows/minidump after the next BSOD

  1. Open Windows File Explore
  2. Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump
  3. Copy the mini-dump files out onto your Desktop
  4. Do not use Winzip, use the built in facility in Windows
  5. Select those files on your Desktop, right click them and choose 'Send to' - Compressed (zipped) folder
  6. Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox . . . etc.)
  7. Then post a link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you . . .

could just be a driver, we have a look.

I did what you asked, I will publish the files on the forum page soon...
I don't know how to send these files to the cloud
I will take a photo of these files

I'm trying to do it and I don't know how to share it....
Will you give me your e-mail address? I will send it to your mailbox
