windows 10 restarts random

hello.

I have recently build a new pc with these components:
intel core i7 7700k
msi z270 gaming pro carbon
msi geforce gtx 10070 gaming x 8g
seagate Desktop hdd 2 tb
coolermaster masrcase pro 5
cooler master nepton 240m
D416GB 2400-15 Ripjaws V K2 GSK ram
coolermaster v serie v750
samsung 960 evo 250 gb


i have this pc for about 2 months now.

But about 2 weeks ago this problem started happening.
just when the pc is idling(it always happens when im away)
the pc just randomly restarts and sometimes doesnt even start up anymore:
when i look at the eventvwr this message comes up:

translation: the system has been restarted withouth correctly shutting down first. this fault is possible caused that the system was unresponsive or that the power went out.
then there is this error:

translation: the last shutdown has happend unexpectedly
and the final error that shows up around that time:

translation: the computer has restarted after a bugcontrol the bugcontrsle is and there is file in c windows memory.dmp

I really hope someone can help me fix this problem

Most of the time this is a power supply issue.

but why wont it happen when i play games just when it idles
