I want to reinstall Windows and i dont know which settings to change on Rufus. I downloaded the Windows 10 iso ( 4.37 GB ). My motherboard is Z68 Extreme3 Gen3, which "file system" and "partition scheme and target system type" should i choose?

Solution
Z68 Extreme3 has - 64Mb AMI UEFI Legal BIOS with GUI support

I would use the UEFI installation and not the legacy installation.

You wrote, "which "file system" and "partition scheme and target system type" should i choose?". The default Rufus settings are likely the correct settings.

if windows will allow you to install fat32 as the main file system you will run into many limitation with big files

you said the download is too slow. how did you get an ISO copy of windows 10 to begin with then? a windows CD? do you have a valid licence?
