Question windows 10 running games slow

Hi friends I have an Intel core 2 duo E8400 3.00 GHz. An AMD Radeon HD 5450 1Gb and 6 GB of ram and my games are running very slow on windows 10 but they were good on windows 7 so can anyone help me
