Im a new windows 10 user and i just have this one problem ever since it was installed last night.

The screen is a little bit too large on my monitor. Everything around the edges of the screen such as the windows button, the X button on web browser, back button etc is all not visible/cut off because of the size. I've already tried updating my drivers for my graphics card Radeon R9 and i also tried going into display settings and changing the resoultion but it just makes things blurrier rather than fitting to the screen. Also tried going to display adapters and searching for a new driver to install with my graphics card but to no avail. I also tried changing the apsect ratio on my monitor from full to fit and didnt change a thing. any help?

Solution
Overscan(what you have)/underscan can still be an issue on monitors as well. This happens on HDMI and sometimes DisplayPort.

If you have VGA(DB-15), then auto may be an option for sure. VGA is getting more rare by the day.

Is Windows running the display in native resolution? Are you on a monitor or a TV? What connection are you using? If it's a TV and the settings are right for the resolution then the overscan option as above should help. If it's a regular computer monitor, look for an auto-adjust button or option in the monitor menus and use that, it often snaps the screen into the proper position.
