Windows 10 Search bar Closes

So every time I try to search something on the search bar, after I type the first letter it opens a white window and then closes right after. Anyone know how to fix this ?

You can try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command and see if it fixes the issue automatically.

This should fix the issue. Feel free to report back if it doesn't, and any further assistance is needed in this.

I really appreciate your suggestion. Unfortunetly however, The results were and I quote "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." and the problem still persists.

For me the following post solved the problem: post

make a backup of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search in the registry and then delete the whole entry. That's all and that works !
