Windows 10 search not showing anything.

When i search on windows 10 it never shows anything but stupid things. Like say if i search for GTAV, Google Chrome, Windows Update, and other things it does not show the .exe file or any files when searched. On rare occasions when it does pop up a search result it pops up stupid stuff not even related to what i searched for. And yes i have deleted and formatted my PC and reinstalled a fresh install of Windows 10 and it did absolutely nothing. Please help i hate where i cant search for anything, i cant even search for the Calculator.
