Whenever I open windows security I get no settings. This is the window: https://ibb.co/qkr7bGQ
Additionally, I have this error code: 0x80080005 and it says that 'Your device is missing important security and quality fixes'.
I have also tried looking at computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services but i do not have 'SecurityHealthService' as an option like the video has.
I used to have Norton 360 and this has only become an issue after that subscription ran out. I have since deleted that application. Is there any thing I can do to fix this problem?

Update your post to include full system hardware specs and Windows Edition and Version information.

Where did you get the OS?

Have you allowed any Windows updates?

What prompted you to look in the Registry? Without some specific reason for doing so the Registry is best avoided. Or accessed only after a full system and registry backup that is confirmed recoverable and readable.

Try "sfc /scannow" and "dism".

One possible reason is how you "deleted" Norton 360. What specifically did you do and how did you do it? Deletion vs "Uninstall".

I was watching a video on youtube that told me to look there (I have no knowledge of computers :)).

Both DISM and sfc /scannow came up with no corruptions dectected.

My Windows Specifications: https://ibb.co/s9p7L4D

My system hardware: https://ibb.co/qJ1XW0d

Also I uninstalled Norton, it had stopped working before that asthe subscription had run out a few months ago and I only just uninstalled it yesterday.

Another interesting thing is that the windows security application doesn't even have an image: https://ibb.co/FxjnQnW

I have tried updating but after like 20 minutes of scanning for an update, it just comes up with the previously mentioned error code. I don't know how to allow the updates?

Any ideas??

Where did you get Windows 10?

Installed version is still at 1909.

2 1/2 years old and no updates?

How did you try to update? For example:

Windows Updates

You may need a clean reinstall to get caught up.

Is all important data backed up at least 2 x to locations off the system in question? Be sure to verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.
