Windows 10 Setup freezes on activation tab

Hello!

I'm trying to install Windows 10 on a blank pc without an operating system. Everything works fine with the pc, except that I need to also add all the missing drivers but that could be done after Windows is installed.

My problem is:

I am able to boot the setup from the usb, choose language and keyboard settings and click install.

When I get to the activation tab, when I click I don't have a code, setup just freezes and I can't click anywhere, it stays like that. Same thing happens also when I added the Product code.

Now, I have tried a couple things and nothing worked, so I ran out of ideas and seeking for help here. I tried with a couple of different setups for Windows 10, I tried installing an older Windows, in that case win7, still same problem. Next, I thought maybe the components don't know how to react to electricity without drivers , so I removed two extra fans but still the same.

I can access bios, and everything seems to be fine there, so i'm totally confused. One more thing I should've mentioned is that I'm not connected to internet yet, but setups normally don't need it to finish, but i'm not quite sure if activation needs connection for it to work.

I hope somebody can help me here, its greatly appreciated!

I got it from the official Microsoft website. A couple of hings I tried is what I wrote on the text, trying other versions of Windows like Win 7, and the other thing was to remove the fans.
