Windows 10 Setup stuck at 90%

This is SO IRRITATING im reinstalling windows 10 on my pc because i got 2 bsod's one was System service exeption other one msrpc state violation it was unstable on that install but i want to reinstall anyway but now the darn setup is stuck at 90% with getting files ready

Where did you get the setup files from? Is it the first time using the setup files?

I've faced this problem with setup files downloaded from the internet (i.e. Microsoft's own servers, using the Windows Upgrade Assistant). In my case, I cancelled the setup, and restarted it from the download step onwards. The other alternative is to use Windows Upgrade Assistant to download and create an ISO (with which you can re-check the checksums), and then use that to install.

I used the media creation tool to make a bootable usb
It works on other pc's

OK - would you think the earlier BSODs and the current issue are caused by hardware issues? As simple as dust clogging up the CPU/GPU fans, or the need to reseat memory/cards, or actual failing hardware (like bad RAM/PSU)?

If you've got the ISO use rufus. http://rufus.akeo.ie/

Put the flash drive in a port. If the BIOS is UEFI select GPT under partition first. If it doesnt select MBR add ISO then wait

When it's finished reboot boot from flash drive.

I got my pc a month ago its not really BUT maybe its because of the am4 platform?
