Hi,
i built a new computer
(CPU: Intel i7-9700k, GPU: EVGA Geforce RTX 2080 Ti, MB: Gigabyte Z390 UD, Memory: 2x8gb Patriot Viper RGB, Storage: 1TB Crucial SSD)
and i'm trying to install windows 10 but when i boot from the usb drive the spinning dots appear on the screen and after a couple of seconds they just get stuck and nothing happens. I already tried disabling safe boot but it's the same

Hi Nice build! Try another usb as a boot drive.
I tried other USB drives and a USB disk reader too but it's the same

Update: if I launch the setup in Safe mode it installs succesfully but when it asks me to restart it gets stuck again on the spinning dots. I'm trying to download the drivers for all the parts in the system and install them in the safe mode setup.

what is set as 1st item in the Boot order? it should be the ssd or windows boot manager

a new motherboard should just work, shouldn't need to change anything.

Try booting from the USB using the boot override menu on the save and exit screen (page 38 of your motherboard manual ) and see if you can get it past the blue page as if there was anything on the boot drive, PC might be trying to boot it. need to put USB in before it will appear on menu
