What settings I need to change to get the best speed available?

For example: I have only 5-10 mb/s download speed with LAN cable.

Sounds like you're connected over a 100Mb LAN and not gigabit. It only has a theoretical top limit of about 12MB/s but then you have a lot of overhead (especially in windows) so you'd never actually hit that. So your speed sounds reasonable. Your network properties should be set to auto, but just to make sure go to your network properties for the lan. Click on configure. Then under Advanced find speed & duplex and set to auto negotiation.

If it's already set to auto and you know your NIC supports gigabit, then your issue is somewhere else.

Just to clarify, you have gigabit internet service from your ISP? Or 100Mb? I'm unsure on where you're trying to achieve your speeds at, over the internet or locally on your LAN to another device.

Generally you don't have to change anything in Windows 10 to optimize. What ISP speed are you paying for? What network hardware do you have (modem and router)? Are you connecting through wall plates or direct cable to the router?
