Question Windows 10 shortcuts

Hey, when I play a game, sometimes it happens to me that I don't have to hold the windows button to make the keyboard shortcuts work. I tried looking everywhere, but I couldn't find anything anywhere.

For example, when I press the W key, Windows Ink opens. Or I opens settings.
I have to restart the computer to get everything back to normal.

Perhaps there is someone who knows what to do with it. Thanks.

i wonder if your windows key is being mapped in the game you are playing

This problem might be caused by sticky keys. In this case, the windows key will "stick" if pressed twice in a row.

You should go to the "ease of access center" and then to "make the keyboard easier to use". Here you can disable sticky keys

I don't know. So far it only happened to me in GTA 5.
