Hi. I build my pc ;
Mobo; b450 f gaming
Cpu; r 2600x
Ram;vengeance lpx 16gb 3000mhz cl15
(Rams are in a2 b2 slots)
My issue is first time i turn on the pc and setup the bios , isee my ram frequncy is 2000 so i install win 10 , and in taskmanger see my ram show up at 1000 frequncy .
So i go to bios at se d.o.c.p standard and ram frequency changed to 3000mhz (in bios)
At same time windows task manager show me 1500 mhz,

So what should i do?
Update bios?
Change the slots?

In bios every thing is good imean ram frequency.

And the last thing i want to say is ; for final step i go to manual section and change ram frequency to 3200 at 1.35v and restart and in task manager show me 1600mhz.
Please help .

Solution
DDR(Double Data Rate) ram's actual clock speed is half it's effective data rate. So DDR4 3000 has a clock speed of 1500Mhz, DDR4 3200 has a clock speed of 1600Mhz.

So why since i manually change ram freq to 3200 in bios , task manger show me 1600 mhz?
Do ineed update bios to reach that speed? (3000mhz ) or buy another ram kits?
This has already been explained multiple times. DDR speed is double the memory clock (AKA the DRAM frequency). Your BIOS shows the DDR rate (i.e. 3200 MHz). Task manager seems to be inconsistent about showing either DDR speed or mem clock, so use CPU-Z. If you set it to 3000 MHz in the BIOS and it shows 1500 MHz in CPU-Z then everything is working as expected.

But to be extra sure, post CPU-Z screenshots as asked above. Of the "Memory" and "SPD" tabs.
