I've been trying to enter safe mode but whenever I restart the computer and get to the start up settings screen, the one with the 10 options, my computer just freezes and after about 30 seconds shuts down.
As far as I can tell the pc is working fine under normal circumstances and I'm only trying to get into safe mode because my broadband is slow and my provider wants to try it in safe mode.
Any suggestions?
