Windows 10 Sloooow Boot

Having upgraded 3 laptops and a Gaming Tower, they all take ages from the blue Windows logo to the desktop, up to 1 1/2 minutes. What's it DOING all that time?? Have tried disabling non M'soft Services, no difference...Laptops are all installed with SSHDs so I'm hopeful of an improvement in time... meanwhile think I'll try a clean install using the Product key that is generated by the upgrade.

Fix HP Pavilion DV6-6000 series slow boot

Caused by graphics entering ULPS (Ultra Low Power State)

Prevented by editing Registry as follows:-

1. Hold down Windows key and hit ‘R’
2. Type regedit then hit Enter.
3. Open Search Box by holding down Ctrl and hit ’F’
4. Type enableulps and hit Enter
Search will take a while, and then the ‘D’ word will appear
Hit Enter to select it, and change the value from 1 to 0
Click OK.
Use the down arrow on your keyboard to move down the list past the next ULPS entry. (As far as EQAA_NA will do)
Then its Ctrl plus ‘F’ once more, followed by ‘Enter’ to search for the next ‘D’ word, set to 0, OK and you’re done.
Exit ‘regedit’ and reboot, expect it to be about 90 seconds quicker...
Just clean installed 10 on one of the ex Win 7 laptops and it booted in 25 secs, but it just rebooted after presumably updating a driver (probably AMD Display driver) and is now just sitting there with a blank screen, so work to be done! Actually I suspect it's the display driver that's behind the original slow boot...

Yep. AMD GPU Driver installed, boot back to 1 min 30 secs. Tried uninstalling it in Safe Mode and replacing it with Win 7 driver (from AMD folder having unsuccessfully tried to install it using Catalyst software, compatibility).
Fast boot, but exclamation marks against GPU Driver which obviously wasn't working, then was replaced in jig time by the Win 10 one from Windows Update. So guess I'll just have to be patient and hope that HP and M'soft can resolve the issue between them. I won't be the only one!
