Question Windows 10 Slow and leggy what is the problem ?

Please guide me
i install windows 10 64 bit pro for first time on New SSD
with 8 gb ram
but i don't know why it's slow ? for example for boot or open the software i's not very fast , i had windows 8.1 on hdd but it was fast
but why windows 10 on SSD is slow ?
is there any option to fast it ?

I know my system is not powerful but for normal usage like boot or open software with SSD it must repose fast

cpu: g3250
ram: 8gb
motherboard : asus h81mc
