I've the same issue on my Laptop (16 Gb of RAM, SSD). The culprit was the basicdisplay.sys driver I've discovered that by using Windows Performance Analyzer Tool.
I've replaced it with an older version of the driver that I took from my other Windows 10 PC and it solved my problem.
You can share your boot trace and I will try to figure out what's causing your slow boot. You can find here how to record a boot trace using Windows Performance Toolkit. https://zinetek.wordpress.com/2015/12/16/how-to-use-wpr-to-record-boot-sequence/
