Question Windows 10 slow boot and unable to access anything.

I have a HP laptop with Windows 10, it used to work fine like any other laptop but since a month ago it started slowing down and I had 100% disk space almost constantly on task manager. Now whenever I start up the laptop it takes up to 30 minutes to open up the password screen and when I finally log in I am unable to click anything on the dekstop or the taskbar even though I can see it. I can not access the task manager either as the screen doesn't show up.

Sorry I didn't update the post but suprisingly it stopped after I did a chkdsk in the cmd.
