windows 10 slow boot

when i boot windows 10 i get a blank screen for what seems like 3 min. / then it has searching circle for about 2 min, / then i get a background screen , then i have to hit enter , then pin number, then it takes another min to be on line to use .

Try to disconnect all possible peripherals (USB drives, even Internet connection), and see if boots normally.
If it does - you've almost solved it! Add them back one by one, and see which one is the problem.

Did this machine come with Windows 10? Or is this an upgrade?

I've been having slow boots on Windows 10 since the pre-release versions. Currently it's almost normal apart from the icons on the taskbar which take too long to appear after the desktop is shown.
