Windows 10 sound and properties problem

First of all, I know that this is a duplicate, but nobody answered the first one because it was an old thread.
Alright, so it all started with me unable to open anything related to sound, but now I can't open properties of files too. I ran SFC and here are the results (The original log was too long, so here are the last lines of it):

Considering that I have around 1TB of important stuff, but no HDD to back it up, neither do I have any kind of cloud storage.
