windows 10 sound problems

just built my 1st pc and installed windows 10.when i start web browsing and open tabs when a youtube tab with music is open or playing video on windows media player. I get what i guess you call stutter or glitch in audio.happens when a torrent application is open also. my pc specs
amd 9590
crosshair v formula-z
gigabyte 980ti 6gb
16gb vengeance ram
rosewill 850 power supply
seagate 6tb hard drive
Thermaltake Core V71

i have latest bios installed and latest nvidia drivers,realtek drivers.i even turned off c1,c6 ,cool and quiet and amd turbo core technology and set power management to high performance.even did a clean install of windows 10 still no luck.need help ive tried everything i read on different forums.

Are all the Windows Updates complete? Are other apps done updating like Anti Virus? How old is this build in days? Did the problems occur on day 1 of the install?

All updates are installed,am using nod32 ,just did another clean install yesterday to see if that would fix it.yea noticed on 1st day
Also tested ram with memtest
