So this just happened today and I don't know if I clicked something wrong, but to get to the start button I have to right click it and I get a thing that looks like a different Windows version. Anyone have any ideas to fix this

Do you have DropBox installed? I know this sounds a bit odd but the Start button on my wife's Windows 10 computer became unresponsive except for right clicking which gave the menu you are seeing. I unistalled DropBox, shut down and powered on the computer. The issue was fixed and the start menu works as it should. If you don't have DropBox then I will help you look for another possible fix. A Google search will show that others have had an issue with the Start button not working.
