Windows 10 Start Menu and Search slow (delay)

Hello, I have a problem in my windows 10, everytime i open my PC and click the start menu or search,there is always a delay but if i click them frequently, they start to respond faster. (1709)

Try to run the System & Maintenance Troubleshooter

1. Search for Control panel
2. Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
3.Click on Troubleshooting and go to System and Security.
4. Click on Run maintenance tasks.
5. Restart the computer and check if the issue is resolved.

If that fixes it, problem is likely caused by 1 of your startup programs, slowly re enable services and programs over a few start ups to find the cause.
