Hi
I've got a problem with my windows 10 start menu. I've tried many fixes and none seem to work. These fixes include playing around with powershell.
This is the problem - My start menu is empty with tiles scattered around everywhere. I move them but upon reopening start they go back to these places. I cannot unpin any of these tiles. It simply will not allow me to unpin them after I click unpin they stay there. I right click them again and unlike many people who say it comes up with 'pin to start' mine continues to say 'unpin from start'.

So I think that maybe I should try and find the windows store and fix the problem there. I cannot find it so I try to get a fix online to restore the windows store to my start menu. After attempting a fix this error shows up on powershell:

Would be grateful to anyone who knows what my problem is and if it is fixable or not. If not I can live with a dodgy start menu.
Thanks!
