Windows 10 start menu issues.

Hi, After using windows 10 recently I just started to have problems with the start menu. Usually i'd click the windows key or the start menu itself, and it'd open. But now it just wouldn't open. I've tried setting my PC to an older point but nothing would work.
Any help is appreciated, and thank you in advance.

You might have to redo the installation of the technical preview.

just refresh your pc in update and recovery in pc settings , or you could just try to update the build as well, that is baring any hdd issue
as the only time that has happened to me, i needed to do a disk check to fix the issue so u could try that 2
