Windows 10 start menu issues

The start menu opens and closes every second and I can barely navigate my desktop, Holding the Alt key helps until I let go, I restarted my MSI Apache pro which I had for a few months now, I tried powershell,command prompt,turning off cortina,etc.

try to create a different user and see if that helps. seen a lot of problems with the start menu and this was about the only fix that seems to help. installing classicshell also fixes a lot of problems since it changes the start menu to something different.

makes it look like win 7 and before with a lot of custom options. worth a shot anyway.


only other thing i have seen that sometimes works is to log out and back in a few times. seems to reset something in the system that is goofing up.
