Windows 10 Start menu not opening

I have literally tried everything i could find on fixing the start menu and windows store and the store apps but nothing seems to fix it. The only thing i did not do yet is reinstall windows but if it is not needed i wouldn't like doing that. Help needed please!

I have also ran the trouble shooting tool from Microsoft this is what i get back: "Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortana" applications need to be installed correctly" and the tool tells me it cant do that, so how do i do install these applications correctly?

Solved it by doing a rollback of my sytem
