Windows 10 Start Menu opens randomly

There is a closed thread titled "Start Menu keeps opening". I don't know why The_Prophecy closed it as solved when it's clearly not solved. For the case where this happens on ASUS ROG (gaming laptops) the solution appears to be to uninstall the ASUS Screen Saver. You may try to, as mentioned in your link provided;

1. Run DISM tool and check the concern:
1.1. Open an elevated command prompt.
1.2. Type the following command in command prompt and press Enter.

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth. DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth.

Restart your PC and try again to see if your Start Menu will open randomly.

You may want to perform a windows update and ensure this update is installed.
