Windows 10 start up problem

I booted up my PC today and it came up with a Windows start up error. It started diagnosing then brought me to a menu and I think I clicked something like fix it or something. Now when I boot it up it goes to the blue loading screen and I get the loading dot circle thing and it just stays there.. What do I do?

first things i would try is seeing if it can boot in to safe mode. most likely tapping F8 during bootup will take you to windows startup options. from there run all the antivirus/antimalware you have to see if theres something causing problems, and reboot.

if that doesnt work, also in the startup uption you can attempt windows repair, or see if you have a recent restore point.

Boot from a repair or install disc and do a repair.
